Traineeships are Nationally Recognised qualifications aimed at keeping staff and organisations current and competitive by up-skilling people in the workforce to meet industry skills standards.
Competency Based Training – training that focuses on existing skills (skills previously gained on-the job) and the skills required to perform specific job roles. All skills are assessed against industry standards of competency.
“Recognition” skills audits are available for new and existing staff aimed at gaining credit/s for part of staff training. The benefits associated are substantially reduced training periods that save you time and money.
